Rude staff at tills and beggars allow in Checkers

The people working at the tills are very rude The branch is in codonia ave Waverley. This happend muplitable times . Other thing is beggars they are allowed in . The beggars they tell you what to buy for them and myself fight with them becuase they force you to buy stuff for them and they don't leave you. This is totally unacceptable . Im getting this expetence at more super markets. Why does management allow this?
