Rude services

I went to checkers liqourshop on 22 December at Southway Mall in Durban were I was assisted by a cashier called Noshipo! She is the rudest cashier I have ever came across at checkers. When she was assisting me she didn't have the decency to greet me and when the sale was finished she threw my till slip to me switch I find very rude! Before I was helped another lady asked if she can use her RCS card at the liqourshop and she told the customer they dont accept the RCS cards and after the lafy lwft the store the same cashier Nashipo told another cashier that they dont say yes because you have to call for authorisation! Were checkers and their liqourshop is listed on the RCS website! When I returned to the store today on 23 December I found out that this cashier Nashipo is actually a Manager! I cant believe that a manager can give such poor customer service and turn away sales just because its an inconvenience for her! Really disgusted in this level of service.
