Rude security guard

During my lunch time I went to checkers to buy food I go there everyday to play lotto and buy whatever that I need... This other day I went and went straight inside the store.... This 1 security guy asked me to join the queue I then told him that I'm working in the same centre he said he doesn't care I must just join the queue.... I told him that everyone who works in East rand retail park doesn't queue to get inside checkers.... I know Mr Price staff and Dischem for a fact that they don't join the queue.... He raised his voice and was very rude.... Can we please treat one another with respect please and can the manager tell us what to do in this case.... East rand retail park checkers
