Rude security guard

I have never been so appalled and disgusted by the level of disrespect I received from a female security guard at the Forest Hill Checkers today. She was very rude and disrespectful towards me and other customers entering the store. She was shouting at everyone as if we are her kids or some illiterate fools. She was making inappropriate hand gestures and banging on the trolley instead of telling us to take a ticket from the basket before we enter. He tone was very disrespectful and belittling. Quite frankly we are sick and tired of these tickets that put our lives at risk and to have to deal with rude employees is also just another reason why I won't be visiting the store again
