Rude Money Market Managers, Ngebs City Checkers

I bought stickers around April 2024 for R200 at the time of my purchase your stickers books were not available. So I took the home and used my Kids message book I bought on the 15th of the following month again until around July or August where I was told that the stickers were not available. Today 30 December 2024 I had R800 worth of stickers when I wanted to redeem I was told by the cashier that I cannot redeem them because I pasted them back to back. I told them that at the time of purchase no one told me on how to paste that stickers as there were no books available. They called a lady by the name of Leletu Mngcinjana who is in charge of money market to come intervention she said there's no such books were always available and that what I am telling them is lies and that stickers never ran out she used words like "suxoka incwadi oko zabakhona zi ordewa ndim" Store manager intervened but Leletu refused to come out of her office so we can settle this the manager apologized on her behalf.

What happened to customer care? What happened to getting your facts right before calling a customer a **** infront of other customers. I felt really humiliated by Leletu.
