Rude manager

I reported the manager of The Glen Shopping Centre in the South of Johannesburg on 28/03/2020 for making his own rules by only letting 1 person in from a family of 2 and nobody contact me, on this day there was hardly any people in the shop. Not the first time I hade problems with the same person also when he was at columbine. At the glen he told me if I don't like his rules I should shop somewhere else.
