Rude Manager at Hillcrest Corner - Zacharia

Very rude manager, Zacharia, at Hillcrest Corner Checkers, **** and refused to listen when I returned a defective electric kettle on Sunday morning. It's obvious where the surly tellers take their lead from ... this man is unfit to serve customers or deal with returns & complaints.
