Rude manager at Checkers

I was at checkers Windermere in the maize meal aisle cause I was buying maize meal and it was so dirty on the shelf's the dirt was even on the maize meals and even contaminating it. I took pictures and videos for proof. When I called the manager to complain about the dirt he didn't even respond to my complains. How rude and bad customer service from checkers in Windermere centre.
