Rude lady and bad service

I went to Checkers N1 City earlier on to buy a couple of things. I asked the lady at the bakery to keep 2 cakes for me I will come after my shift to buy them she agreed. I came back to get the cake at the bakery there was di fferent lady there. I told her I asked for two cakes to be kept earlier on by another lady. This lady the first time raised her hands and raised her voice at me and told me she doesn't know what lady am talking about, she started her shift early in the morning how is she supposed to know other ladies she tired. She even had her mask down and saw that she had no front teeth. I asked her to keep her voice down she continued to make a noise that she don't know who I spoke with. She did not even bother to look for the cakes I asked to be kept aside. Another lady and asked her to calm down and helped me. I asked the 2nd lady the lady's name that was shouting at me she refused to give me her name, I went and found a guy who was packing and asked that he goes and asks her name as refused through her body language and continuously ignored me. The gentleman told me her name is Temraan when I asked for her surname she refused to tell me her surname. She was sooo rude and unprofessional.
