Rude driver

Good day,

I appreciate you informing of the late delivery.

I'm utterly disappointed in your driver today. He was extremely rude. He stood outside on the phone with someone and when I walked out he said I should come get my packages and when I asked if he can help me carry it to my door, he shouted at me saying he has a lot of orders and checkers don't deliver at the door because of someone *****s the the orders in the car he is gonna pay.

He stood outside making a social call for 10 minutes before I approached him then he has the audacity to shout at me. It's sad that I have to feel intimidated when I make use of Checkers Sixty.

If service matters to Checkers, I suggest he gets removed urgently!
