Rude controller / manager please take her to training to know more about customer service.

I want to report Checkers Woodlands in Bloemfontein , there is a lady called Elizabeth she's a controller or manager at the front.. The lady she's very rude to costumer, she was rude at me screaming at me in front of the customer and the worker's.
