RUDE CHECKERS STAFF MEMBER - PAROW CENTRE

Today, 13th November at 16h30pm I was at the money market counter at Checkers Parow Centre to play powerball. There were a lady in front of me then it was my turn. As I went to the counter the staff member next to the cashier told me there's another lady before me but there was no other except the lady who was being helped. She refused to help me and said I must go stand in the line. The two customers and staff at the kiosk all looked at me. I felt embarrassed and she was extremely rude. I then went to another cashier who helped me. When I asked for her name she still had attitude. Lungiswa Komanisi does not have a way of speaking to customers. I'm not her child, I'm a paying customer and that's what most people forget who works in customer service.
