Rude checkers staff !!!!!!! Bad food !!!!!!!

I am very much disappointed in checkers Kyalami Corner today I went to buy cake of which it was 3day old I went to return the cake the guy who help me by the name of Thobile he was so nice too me we went to the baker of wish one of the lady that normally help me was very rude that I have returned the cake she was even rude to the guy that was helping me .... I ended up not taking the cake because all of them where dry . I then went to the till to get my refund....iyho...... The lady who helped me was rude and did not great me she started buy helping the staff who was no lunch before me. I am very disappointed in the customer service I got at checkers today I even know the two ladies name who where rude to me.
