Rude Checkers checkout. Disgusting.

Today I had an extremely rude and rather uncomfortable encounter at the Checkers liquor store in Milnerton. On arriving at the teller I was informed that unless I had a Checkers rewards card the obnoxious and unbelievably rude teller said she couldn't help me. She had I noticed done the same to the two customers in front of me even although they had cash in hand. She insisted that someone in the store with a rewards card swipe before she would serve these two gents. By now the Queue was getting really long. Only when I asked to see the store manager did she relent, let me pay and be on my way. I approached the manager and asked why his two tellers in the store were demanding everyone had a rewards card. This is incredible and OMG don't Checkers train their staff on simple communication with a paying client. Well last time I will enter any Checkers store Disgusted but not surprised.
