Rude Cashiers

Numerous times going to Checkers Hyper in Balfour Mall, JHB their cashiers are so rude, they barely attend to you with a smile as they tend to talk amongst each other. On Tuesday 3rd October one cashier was talking to a passer-by person outside the shop inquiring about her Avon order while I waited to be assisted. Cashiers there are even allowed to have their phones while working at the till. I really find it rude and I do not think they take their jobs seriously, or even us as customers.
