Rude cashier checkers Heidelberg

I went to Checkers to buy 2 club sandwiches and 2 coffee. At first I went to the food section where I stood about 5 minutes without assistance and one rude lady there told me I buy those at Kiosk. I went there and told Zimkhitha who was assisting me that I want 2 club sandwiches and coffee special. She went to the glass cabin where they keep the sandwiches and brought 1, she yelled for another packer to go and fetch from the food section another sandwich. At this point she's not saying anything since now I saw that we waiting for a sandwich I stood there. She didn't say anything to me that please wait we getti g another sandwich the next thing she tell me to pay. I said to her I thought we were still waiting. Nevertheless the sandwich came and it looked different to the first one. I said to her please get me the same as this one. She said they were the same. One sandwich had a bacon showing at the top and the other isn't show. This now I noticed when Portia the supervisor had us arguing that the other one was made wrong. I then requested for them to cancel the order since I can see I won't get what I want. Zimkhitha again spoke to the other cashier in Zulu saying she's cancelling come and void. No apology nothing instead she kept on talking until Portia stopped her. Portia asked me again what the problem was I told her my story and I siaf to her Zimkhitha is rude. Zimkhitha back chatted again and Portia had to keep quite. I said to Portia is she not rude and Portia said that's why she's stopping her from talking. I said to Zimkhitha she must stay at home if she can't deal with customers and she answered again she won't do that, in a very rude manner
