Rude Cashier

I recently visited the Checkers at Westlake Lifestyle Centre, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one of the cashiers, Nosiyabonga Mjokwa. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful—she rolled her eyes multiple times, mumbled under her breath, and handled my goods carelessly by dragging and dumping them.

This kind of attitude makes customers feel undervalued and unwelcome. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously so that appropriate measures can be taken to improve the service experience at this branch.
