Rude Cashier

Earlier today I was at the Sandton City Checkers Hyper branch and doing my usual shopping. <br> <br> When my husband and I got to the till we were assisted by a very rude Ms Trust Hubyani. We were purchasing compost and had 6 bags. When we tried to place them on the tray for scaning she rudely said we should not as it will be a lot of work for her. <br> <br> Politely we continued forward and she again rudely snapped at me for not placing Olive Oil to be scanned. I confronted her and asked for her Manager. I asked her if she was trained this way. She was very rude to me and started talking to me in her native Tsonga. I again insisted for the manager and she said I must get the manager myself. I am appalled by this service. Is this the way your employees are trained to treat customers? I want to lodge a formal complaint with a response from your office of the action taken. <br>
