Rude cashier

I went to Cresta Mall, Checkers to collect a bus ticket on behalf of my mother. I did not know the process of collection because the person who had booked the ticket for my mother is not in town , came across a very rude cashier by the name of Nontsikelelo who shouted at me for no reason, mind you she had a customer in front of her. Very unprofessional of her. She then came back to me and told me the next time I must collect a card number of the person who had brought the ticket should be the one to collect. I'm not happy that I was shouted at for no reason. She needs to listen before answering!
