Rude cashier

On the 11th of February 2020,i had gone to checkers in Eastgate Mall,I was on the queue for sometime when suddenly Nolusindiso who was a cashier at lane 23 decided to just take some lady from another teller without telling me what was going on as I was supposed to be the one paying for my goods then she just continue talking and ignoring me. I found that very rude and unfair as I was on that line the least she could have done is advise me that she needs to help that lady, she was cheeky and just rude. maybe she should just go clean the toilets if she is unable to work with people and have some courtesy.
