Rude Cashier

Very disappointed with Shoprite Khayelitsha Site C,I was at the Kiosk this morning 05 November 2019 to check my lottery ticket. The cashier that assisted me was Noxolo Tuka(as specified on the slip) she is very rude towards customers. She processed my ticket and then left me to wait as she went on to serve 3 customers that arrived there to buy after me. When I confronted her about this she shouted at me and told me that's how she works and I should wait. I believe cashier's should assist customers on a first come first serve basis,which is the opposite of what I experienced at Shoprite Khayelitsha Site C. The manner at which she treats and speaks to customers is unacceptable,she went on to shout another customer and security guard that were also complaining about the way she speaks with customers.
