Rude behaviour towards customers

Went to checkers saits ST Helena in Welkom today. The store closes at 19:00 was there at 18:45 the complex gate and the store door were still open but was not allowed to enter the were staff members standing at the door shouting at the security telling him he should allow us to enter, funny enough it was not yet 19:00 there were people still inside the store. This is not the first i get this kind of treatment at checkers Saints i am highly disappointed.
