Rude behavior

I went to Checkers Glen fair in Lynwood on friday the 18th to get lunch and few snack for my son, the total price was higher than I anticipated but thought to myself argh food is expensive nowadays. So when I got home after work, unpacking the snacks I bought, I went through my receipt and to my shock I was charged for 1 packet of Doritos which costs R22.90 so I called the shop but to make my day worse the ladies who picked up the phone were rude to me, I only remember 1 of them, her name is Nerry, I am not sure of the spelling. I really understand that mistakes happen where I was double charged but the way the ladies at the office spoke to me was uncalled for and I did not deserve that. I am tired of being treated bad at our Retailers just because of my skin colour, because we are not treated the same as white people get treated and its disgusting. Checkers should hire people who want to work not people that just wanna get paid for abusing people.
