Rude and Disrepectful

On the 03rd of September 2015 i visited Checkers Greenstone, Stone Ridge around 04:10 PM to collect money at the money market, i was assisted by a lady called Tebogo Tjale who was friendly and politely told me that she does not have enough cash and i must go to the Kiosk (Cigarette counter) where i will be assisted. I then joined a Que where i was no 03 on the Que and when it was my turn to be assisted the lady at the counter asked what is it that i need and after telling her that i need to collect R600 rands she then called Mashudu to my surprise i asked if she does not have cash she responded to say she has R1400 which is reserved for the lady who was behind me. And Mashudu who was so rude and disrespectful towards me started to interrogate me and asking me whether i came first or not. I then asked her what is it that she think of me and according to my knowledge one who came first should be assisted first and not reserve money for her friends. It was my first tine visiting Greenstone Checkers and i don't think i will utilize their service anymore. Mashudu is the worst employee ever. I will stick to my checkers Kosmosdal they are the best.
