Rude and crass

The Checkers store in Gezina Galleries is my closest store and I frequent the store quite a lot, but I might have to reconsider this. A week ago my car was ****** from the parking lot in Gezina Galleries, just next to the delivery dock of Checkers. I went to the store with my police case number to ask if they would be able to assist me with camera footage from the day. But instead, I received a very crass and rude response from a lady who I believe is Claudia / Claudine. Before I could finish what I was saying she rudely told me it's better if I get out of "her" store cos she's "not the police" and she can't help me with my silly "investigation". I was appalled by the behavior, especially when the customer service manager at the door on the day was very sympathetic and helpful, and reassured me that if I go to the managers office I will be assisted.
