rotten/expired meat cleaned with vinegar!!

A number of times we have bought steak and it has a strangely sour taste. tonight we opened a pack of rump and it had a distinct vinegar odour.

WELL, wouldn't you know... it tasted sour!!

SO effectively checkers are cleaning the meat off with vinegar and taking their customers for fools and *****ing their hard earned money by selling expired meat sanitized with vinegar
