Rotten vrot snoek

i spent i spend R75 on a meal, only to discover half way through that they did not sell me snoek that was off. but it was actually rotting vrot snoek!!!! i am so not impressed it was embarrassing as it was a meal to share. and now i cant return the fish as i will only be in the area on friday. i would like to have this matter resolved.
