Rotten vegetables

Good day. It went well for a while but once again Checkers has dissapointed with a whole lot of rotten potatoes in the bag I have bought recently at White River Checkers. I am well aware that the store is not to blame but rather the quality controls when packed. It is just a job and they cannot care. Life is expensive and to get a bag of potatoes of which you have to throw a third away is unacceptable. Why do you make it so difficult to complain to customer care? Now there is a permanent fault on your side, I should try again later. Probably hope I will forget about it. Complaint was e-mailed as well but nobody cares to answer a complaint. This is probably because you know you are selling potatoes that has been stored for a long time until the price is right to sell. Half is rotten and the rest is sprouting in the bag Been waiting since the 26th of February for a response. ***???
