Rotten vegetables

Yesterday i bought a packet of mixed vegetables at Four ways Checkers , when i got home i boiled them and an awefull smell came from these veges i couldn't eat them they sold me rotten veges, i had a bite and my stomach started acting i am so frustrated how can they sell rotten vegetables.
