Rotten strawberries delivered

I purchased groceries on 17 Feb. Amongst the items purchased was a pack of strawberries. What I received were rotten strawberries, notwithstanding that the sell by date was 19 Feb. What infuriates me is that this was not the first time this happened. Previously it was milk but I let that slide. Further, I don’t understand how the shopper picked the strawberries because it was clearly visible that some were rotten but the person still chose them for me. My order number is ***6.
