Rotten snow ***** at checkers

My brother took an Uber to checkers fourways which costed R80 return to buy snow ***** at checkers fourways, the snow ***** are rotten green stuff all over them. We called checkers and they say we should Uber again spend R80 return to get R15 refund we asked that they atleast deliver the snow ***** since it their mistake but they refused and said we should tell them when we have the money to come get the refund.
