Rotten pasta salad

I bought a pasta salad from Checkers & checkershyper in Gateway Mall for lunch it had mould in it & the sell by date is the 15th of January, & the guy who did the refund (Rakesh) did not even apologise, I'm quite disappointed with checkers because it's not the first time, last time I bought a cookie it had a worm in it.
