Rotten meat sold at checkers village walk

I visited this store on the 2nd of jan as it came highly recommended I purchased groceries n monthly meat line products I purchased a tray of chicken upon taking it out my freezer to cook it was gone off purchased it on the 2nd took it out to cook on the 05th it was turning green.

I reported it to customer service and I was asked to send pics of the label etc which was fone to date on still waiting.

I was told they will be investigating I cant figure out why as the meat 7s had n clearly was fermenting when it was purchased
