Rotten meat disgrace

On Monday I bought a few things at Checkers Mokopane ( The crossing Mall) When opening the chicken fillet it was off and the pack of grated cheese I bought had mould in(both items within their sell by date). On Tuesday my husband logged a complaint and we returned the goods to the store. I am enraged and disappointed by the service I received @ checkers (I had the same insident with rotten meat @ checkers a few months ago and stopped buying @ checkers - decided to do my shopping at pick n pay and spar instead) when I got to the store the security guard did not even listen to my story just told me to go to till 8 (I asked him if he already knew what's wrong since he's just sending me to the till and he said yes they received a box of chicken fillets still frozen and defrosted them for selling now people are bringing them back) when getting to the till the front end assistant that assisted me just took my slip, the goods and asked me to fill in my personal details she went to the cashiers till did the credit, gave me my money back and said shap. I mean no apology, no would you like something else? Now today (Wednesday) when opening a pack of pork Texan steak get another pack of rotten meat. I am so disappointed in the quality of meat that Checkers is selling I feel like taking back all the meat I bought. I will never buy meat at checkers again - pick n pay and spar has better quality. Could someone please look into the quality meat being sold at checkers. I like buying at checkers especially their pre cooked meals and checkers brand goods. Sincerely your disappointment customer
