Rotten meat at Checkers Blue Route Mall

I bought a pack of lamb on 23 December from Checkers Blue Route mall. On arrival at home and opening up the lamb, the stench that permeated the house was nauseating. I returned the lamb on 24 December and all I received was we are sorry. I would have expected at least the store manager to come and apologise or even the butchery manager. It is obvious that the meat is just repackaged at the back and a new expiry date added. This is in contravention of so many food safety principles. Even the customers standing at least 5 meters away from customer care could smell the stench.
