Rotten meat

I am very disappointed 3 times i have bought meat from that was rotten first i bought a pack of mince which was off then i bought pork that is full of marinade but when i opened it up you could smell it was off and it is green on where there is no marinade thirdly i took a pre packed biltong pack the biltong was full of mould i have complained about this on the checkers website and was told that i would get a reaponse 48 hours later and still no response now i am sitting with a lot of meat that cant be used so what must i do now
