Rotten juices from checkers 60 60

I ordered from checkers 60 60 different types of sir juice best before 10 January 2023. The juice is rotten and they say the can’t help cause I didn’t report it within 48hours. It’s December time we bought we didn’t know the best before doesn’t matter. Can you help in this regard
