Rotten Grilled Chicken

I am disgusted by the managerial control of Checkers Glenfair. This is the second time I have bought a grilled chicken from them that is off, no, it stinks. Why do we have to be content with such utter bad service. Can I contact Gordon Ramsey and Nataniel to inform them about their name being used as promotion for rotten products. The first might have been an oversight, but twice. It seems like you are cleaning out your stock that is past the sell by date and then grill them with spices to mask the state of rotten.
