ROTTEN GOODS ARE ALWAYS ON SPECIAL

Why is it that Checkers Hemingways (I don't know about other branches) puts ROTTEN FOOD on special instead of just getting rid of it!?? Sometime last year I bought 2 pieces of grilled chicken for lunch only to realise later on that they had an offish smell and a greenish colour inbetween the meat and bone. I went back and complained and i was told \no its not off mam its just the way we grill it."Like really??? Anyway"
