Rotten fried snoek fish at checkers lichtenburg

Was sold rotten fried fish at checkers in lichtenburg on Friday 14 May 2021. I was with my daughter and we were hungry so as I drove out of Lichtenburg heading to Mahikeng we started eating and just after I bit a chunk from the fish I realised that something was not right and that is when I had just as well swallowed and when I looked closely at the fried snoek fish I realised that it was rotten. I then was around itsoseng and could not go back because it was far back so I decided to go into checkers in Mahikeng to report,i got Boitumelo who is a front desk manager and I relayed my story to her and she told me to go back to mahikeng and this really upset me and then asked if it wasn't a sister company and that's when she asked me when I would go back to lichtenburg and I told her that I won't be going back till the next week. She then took my sleep to make a copy and gave me my money back and that was it. She did not care whether I was sick nor did she follow the correct procedures of dealing with the issue.
