Rotten food delivered

I ordered cooked beetroot with the sixty60 app. Got the order and the beetroot was visually rotten and moulded. Called the help desk and was informed that i really wanted the product i can drive to checkers and exchange the product... Why did i use the app for then. Very very disappointed and disgusted
