Rotten food checkers

Every time I order checkers60 as I physically don’t have transport to go buy bread and groceries I cannot firstly get the debit to work to pay once off for delivery from my bank I pay for every delivery and the person who picks the food chooses rotten food and expired stuff for me and now my credit option is disable on the app I want a refund into my account what should I do?? I have pics of the rotten stuff sent to me now
