Rotten food and rotten service from Checkers Heidelberg mall

The service is checkers in Heidelberg mall is so pathetic... **********, to say the least. My colleague and I went to buy lunch, which consisted of rotten rice, rotten and burnt pumpkin, dry expired chicken. When we went there to return the rotten goods, the manager sent us from pillar to post, until we got to a lady who did not even give us a half baked apology, no staff were held accountable for this... The manager didn't even attend to our dissatisfaction. Food is very sensitive and for a reputable organization as Checkers, it is very disappointing to have received such service and ****py food. Please get food inspectors in that particular store before an innocent customer suffers from food poisoning. We are truly disappointed by all of this
