Rotten Food and Poor Customer Service

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Checkers in Shallcross I purchased hake fish but unfortunately, it was rotten.

When I returned to the store to report the issue, I was met with an unapologetic and dismissive attitude from the staff. No apology.
