Rotten fish

I have received bad service at Checkers Eco Boulevard. I bought their fried baby hake and it smelled really bad. Upon returning it the manager requested the people who work at the fish section to taste it and the guy who works there didn't even swallow the fish and claimed that it doesn't taste good.

This means that they are well aware that the fish that they fry and sell is not fresh. I was asked if I wanted another fish, who could want another one if it's rotten fish that they are selling to people.
