Rotten Cooked Food At Checkers

I went to buy chicken peri peri at Checkers in Mall of Africa early in the morning thinking obviously that it is fresh but when we opened the food there was a rotten smell and it made my colleague vomit. There's always incidents of rotten food at Checkers mall of Africa last week it was the same thing like how do we deal with such because I feel like there is no inspections done at this place.
