Rotten chicken sold at checkers and customer service Renata Coetzee remain silent

Before my first post here I received an email fromRenata Coetzee who wanted pucs if the chicken (rotten( and till slip I did respond byt sadly I mislaid my receipt as per Renata they where going to be investigating... what exactly I dont know as you can see the chicken us green. I started this query /complaint on the 05th of this month and received hyst one response but mo response after pic was sent

Come on Renata is this what you call outstanding customer service?????
