Rotten chicken from Checkers sixty 60

I ordered fresh chicken via the Checkers sixty 60 application along with other necessities.I was rather disappointed to receive 2 packets of rotten and smelly chicken thighs and drumsticks.

I was stuck without having something to make for dinner.

I buy groceries for 2 households via this app-one in Cape Town and one in Pretoria.I am so disappointed and all that the customer agent could say was "Sorry for your experience" Clearly dont understand customer retention.
