Rotten chicken and manager don't apologize

I am quite disgusted in Checkers Kroonstad will be posting the same on internet. Went to do my shopping this morning for my restaurant and surprise surprise rotten chicken! Went back to get a refund there were not even an appology from the Manager Wesley Morgan. They wanted to give me the same chicken stock that expired today to replace it as If I will do that. This manager should not be a n this job he is truly useless and do not give a shot about the customer. I will be posting it everywhere till I get an appology from this man as he is rude and doesn't know what he will s doing. I do between 1500 to 4000 worth of shopping per day sometimes twice a day. This is unexcepptable The Manager doesn't even greet a person. I am sorry but this is not the type of service I as a very good customer expects. The checkers brand is already not good now you have idiots like this as managent ?? Come on this is just anoying and a waste of your brands reputation.
