Rotten chicken

i am completed disgusted by the service that checker delivers.

i had bought 2 packs of chicken and they where both off. when i returned it checkers only refunded the money not even a apology or offered another pack of chicken. i spend about R2000 a week and my local checkers because it is closer to my home. but if i buy from Spar or PicknPay i get refund plus the item.

does checkers not care about their clients. because their Customer service is NULL.

how can you sell chicken that is of sub standard to your so called valued customers
